Community Medical Assistance Program

Discounted healthcare program for uninsured that allows all South Park residents access to medical care.  Charges based on sliding-scale fees.

FREE annual women’s health exams including any needed paps or mammograms for income qualified 40+ age women, $25 annual exams for low-income residents age 20-39, free annual exams for teen girls 13-19

Community Health Screenings

Free health screenings at various community locations.  Tests may include blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, glucose and pulse oximetry (oxygen level).

Look Good, Feel Better

A special program for cancer patients to deal with the physical effects of cancer.  Skin-care, make-up, wigs, resources and more are included in private or group workshops for local residents.  Call for an appointment.

Weight Loss Support Group

Join others in a private and comfortable setting to discuss personal weight loss tips & challenges.  Share successes and brainstorm ways to improve progress.  Occasional guest speakers include physicians, dieticians, exercise specialists, etc.
